Laboratory for Optical Physics and Engineering
We are dedicated to the pursuit of new and efficient sources of visible, ultraviolet (UV), and vaccum ultraviolet (VUV) radiation. The members of LOPE have demonstrated a multitude of novel laser sources and laser spectroscopic techniques, and are responsible for the development and subsequent commercialization of microcavity plasma technology.
